To place a dessert order or to make an order over the weekend, please call 585-272-7864. If leaving a message, please include:

- Your name
- Phone number
- Your order (Please specify small or large if purchasing a pie or quiche)
- The day you plan to pick up. (See pick-up details below.)

Whether you purchase online or give us a call, we will ask you to specify a pick-up day from the options below:

Thursday @ the shop: 3-5pm (STANDARD PIES ONLY)

Friday @ the shop: 3-6pm

Saturday @ the shop: 11am-3pm

Sunday @ the Brighton Market 9am-1pm

Please note: if you are unable to make your specified pick-up date, please call to notify us of the change. Failure to pick up on the selected date without notification will result in the cancellation of your order without refund.

How does it work?

Our pre-order system works on a week-to-week basis. Each week we offer a selection of sweet and savory specials. In addition, our range of ‘Standards’ are offered every week.

I want to order for a specific date. Can I order in advance?

Unfortunately, we are unable to take pre-orders more than a week in advance. Pre-orders open on Tuesday of each week and remain open until they sell out.

Do I have to pre-order?

No! You are welcome to visit us at our shop on the days we are open or at the Brighton Farmers Market on Sunday. However, if you have a specific item in mind, it is safest to pre-order to guarantee that you get your desired item.

I can’t pick up my pie on the date I specified. What should I do?

If you can’t make your pick-up date, don’t fret! Just let us know! Give us a call at 585-272-7864 so you can reschedule your pick-up. We are no longer able to save your order through the weekend without prior notification. Failure to pick-up without notification will result in the cancellation of your order without a refund.

What about Thursday pick-ups?
The shop is open 3-5pm on Thursdays for STANDARD PIES ONLY! (Chicken Pot Pie, Veggie Pot Pie, Panang Pot Pie, & Shepards Pot Pie). Walk-ins or pre-orders welcome by phone. Pick-up for specialty pies or desserts are unavailable on Thursdays.
